Come take some fitness classes! The kids can take a dance class and you can take a fitness class. All in one location!
However, you do not have to have kids dancing at the studio to take these fitness classes.

These classes are barre-based classes using a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements. What is this barre, we are taking of? It is the free standing or mounted ballet barre seen in dance studios. Come give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Resistance Band Class
In this class you will get a total body workout while incorporating the use of resistance bands. This is low impact. We use isometric exercises to build muscle and tone.
Barre & Beyond Class
This class will combine both of the above classes. We will mix up the exercises to incorporate both the barre and the resistance bands.
In all of the above classes we end with a 15-20 minute yoga inspired cool down. It is very relaxing but yet very effective total body stretching. This helps to lengthen those muscles as to not make them “bulky”. And did I mention it is very relaxing??? 😉
